COVID-19: How We’re Keeping it Clean

At HC MedSpa, the health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority. With that in mind, we want to give you an insight into the daily steps we take, as well as the additional steps we are taking, to be extra vigilant amid growing concerns around the coronavirus (COVID-19).


We pride ourselves in the standards of cleanliness at our clinic. The HC MedSpa team always ensure that our treatment rooms (machines, utensils and work surfaces) are wiped and sanitised after each client. As well as the towels and bedding being changed after each use. We use a sanitising anti-bacterial spray as well as wipes, which are anti-bacterial + anti-viral.

In the evenings our cleaning teams conduct a further deep clean, disinfecting the full clinic; including toilets, treatment rooms, door handles and light switches, as well as all surfaces, floors and mirrors.



Our staff are double cleansing their hands before and after each treatment and are using gloves where possible. (this is not possible for some treatments, such as threading).

Hand sanitisers are also available for you to use throughout the clinic, before and after your treatments. These are located at front desk and our waiting areas. Our bathroom and treatment room hand washes are also all anti-bacterial.

We are also monitoring our teams travel, ensuring that anyone who has visited an area of high risk is taking the recommended steps to protect those around them.



As many of our customers frequently travel for work and pleasure, as well as travelling from abroad to see us, we ask that you adhere to the advice from the World Health Organisation, the National Health Service, and Public Health England with regards to the spread and containment of Coronavirus. If you have returned from any of the countries listed on the government website in recent weeks we ask that you reschedule your appointment to a date that is 14 days or more from the date of your arrival back to the UK provided that you are fit and well.

As with any illness, we advise any client who is not feeling well, whether it is a cough, cold, runny nose, headache, sore throat etc., to cancel your appointments until you are feeling better.

In the event that you are one of our customers who has visited us within the previous 14 days and has since been diagnosed as having contracted Coronavirus, or has been in proximity to someone who has been diagnosed as having contracted the virus, we ask that you make us aware so that we can take necessary action.
