Meet the HC Team: Rabbia Aslam

In this week’s addition of Meet the HC Team – Rabbia kicks off our new series by revealing her top beauty tips and favourite treatments.

What is your role at HC MedSpa?
I am the Clinical Director for HC MedSpa and have specialised in non-surgical cosmetic
treatments for over a decade.
I run the treatment department so I am responsible for the treatment standards and any new innovation or protocols. I ensure our team are trained and educated to deliver high-quality treatments and the best possible results.

I am honoured to also be the UK Brand Ambassador for Alma Lasers and Circadia Skincare.
Two fantastic brands that we stand by and support here at HC MedSpa.

What is your current MUST HAVE skincare product?
This has to be the Vitamin C Reversal Serum from Circadia. I apply this serum every morning and evening underneath my moisturiser. It’s not only super hydrating and soothing but it also works to firm my skin. Vitamin C is an anti-oxidant and this particular product neutralises free radicals so it’s giving me that protective barrier against pollution which I am unfortunately susceptible to as I live and work in London.

Do you have a favourite HC treatment?
There are so many HC treatments that I love but there is one that stands out from the rest. The ClearLift is a non-surgical facelift suitable for all skin types and is everything you could possibly want in a treatment. It’s also known as the ‘Hollywood Face Lift’ and at only 45 minutes long, what’s not to love?
It tightens my skin and keeps any fine lines and wrinkles at bay. Results are visible after just one session and they only get better with time!
I love to have this treatment just before a special occasion to give me that super fresh and radiant glow!

Can you recommend your top beauty or skincare tip?
It may sound obvious but the best beauty tip I could give anyone is to ensure you’re getting a good quality night’s sleep! They don’t call it ‘beauty sleep’ for nothing. As Circadia will teach you; when we sleep, the skin’s repair mechanisms kick in. Stem cells in the epidermis reproduce and are responsible for creating new skin cells which gives us that ‘healthy’ glow. So, it’s vital to ensure you’re getting forty winks.
