As the leaves begin to fall and the temperatures begin to drop, Autumn brings a shift in season that has an effect on our skin. The dry and cooler effects of Autumn and the after math of summer welcomes roughness, dryness and dehydration effects on the skin in the lead up to Winter. Moisturizing, protecting and preparing are the best remedies in order to tackle these issues.
In order to combat the dryness, hydration is the most important component. A fresh start after months of sun exposure, is a great starting point to achiev
ing a healthy glow in winter. At HC MedSpa we recommend moisturisers, which are highly nourishing and rich in hydration. Despite the fact the weather is cooler and the sun is in decline it is still essential to continue to protect against the daily exposure to the Cold weather. We advise to use SPF over your moisturiser or you could always opt for a foundation with SPF to ensure full coverage and protection at all times.
