The most recent announcement from our Prime Minister confirms that: “from 4th July 2020, Hair Salons and Barbershops may reopen. However, Nail, Beauty and Tanning services can use these guidelines to prepare for reopening but are NOT allowed to open until it is advised that it is safe to do so.”
Unfortunately for HC MedSpa, although we are a group of Aesthetic Clinics, we are deemed as a “beauty salon” by the Government, therefore we will not be reopening on 4th July 2020.
So, here’s what you need to know …
Are any of the Clinics reopening on 4th July?
No, all HC MedSpa Clinics will remain closed until we receive the green light from the Government that it is safe to reopen.
When can we expect an official reopen date?
Currently, we have not been given an estimated reopen date. We do know that officials are working on this daily. We recommend keeping up-to-date with our website and social platforms for regular updates. As soon as we know, you’ll know too.
I had a provisional booking for 4th July onwards, what happens now?
If you made a ‘Booking Request’ and were successful in getting a treatment booked with us, then we must assure you that all Clinics, unfortunately will not be reopening on 4th July 2020. Therefore all bookings have been frozen and will not proceed until we reopen.
Our Reservations team will only be making amendments to bookings once we receive an official reopen date. Until then, we ask that you hold tight and look out for regular updates.
I’m worried I won’t get another appointment when you reopen?
As soon as we have an official reopen date, our Reservations team will be working tirelessly to accommodate all HC Loyal’s back into our diaries, prioritising those who had a provisional booking for 4th July onwards.
You don’t need to worry about contacting us, we cannot reschedule your appointment until we have an official reopening date.

Our Reservations Team are only available once we have a reopen date, for now, we are not taking any Booking Requests. Should you have a query about a particular treatment or procedure, head over to our website, we have everything you need to know right there.
Although we were all in high hopes that our clinic doors would be open by 4th July, it is simply out of our hands and we must adhere to the Government Guidelines. We thank you for your patience and support. Stay safe & be sure to keep up-to-date for regular updates.
